Self-care is an important way to maintain the ability to create, maintain, and hold space for ourselves and those we love during stressful and difficult times. It is how we breathe into ourselves and water the flowers of our own garden, that we in turn become able to help another heart grow and tend to theirs.
Self care can look like a lot of different things, but ultimately Self-Care is something which brings us rest and rejuvenation.
